The Marketplace is Melica's exclusive e-commerce platform, where Buyers can discover and purchase authentic products inspired by Huichol art. Each item, from pop art pieces to tea boxes and Nespresso cases adorned with intricate Huichol designs, reflects the rich cultural heritage of Mexico while catering to a modern audience in Canada.
This platform bridges tradition and innovation, offering Buyers a seamless shopping experience with convenient payment and shipping options.

This annex explains the rules for using the Marketplace for all Users.
1. Buying
Buyers can explore a curated selection of unique products on Melica's platform. Each listing provides detailed descriptions of the item’s design, cultural significance, and functionality.
Melica emphasizes the importance of understanding the care instructions and details provided for each product to preserve its quality and artistry.
Purchases require payment in full, including shipping costs where applicable. The buying process is completed once the Buyer confirms the order and payment is processed successfully. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and electronic funds transfers.
After the purchase, Buyers can leave reviews to share their feedback and enhance the community's trust in Melica’s offerings.
For any issues with an order, Buyers may file a claim directly through the platform within 60 calendar days of purchase.
2. Selling
Melica operates as the exclusive seller of all products available on the Marketplace. While Melica collaborates with talented artisans to bring their work to the Canadian market, ensuring the highest standards of quality and authenticity.
The company is committed to honoring its sales terms, providing clear and transparent policies for returns, and ensuring that all products meet the expectations of its customers.
Melica also guarantees:

3. Prohibitions and Sanctions
